Everything was simply good. It was a great hotel. The room was reasonably large and quiet with clean bathroom and central heating, multi-channel TV, and a mini fridge bar. The restaurant was small and the staff were amiable and amazingly nice...

The hotel's elegant decor and comfortable seating areas made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility features, such as handrails in the hallways and elevators for easy access to different floors. It was wonderful to know that the hotel took into consideration the needs of senior guests like myself.
I would have appreciated larger, more clearly marked signs throughout the hotel to help navigate the different areas.

the location was perfect; we were close to all the attractions, including the Vatican, which was only a short walk away. Our room was cozy and comfortable; the bed was perfect, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. the daily room service was attentive and flawless, making our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast was self-service, and we loved how everything we needed was replenished daily. we had access to everything we needed, such as coffee, tea, and food, with no hidden surcharges.
Just a slight warning, if you arrive late, you might have to access your room's key from a locked box if reception is closed, so make sure your phone can receive messages for instructions.

The facilities were clean and comfortable and the location was great for sightseeing, with easy access to public transport. The covered market opposite the building was a lovely surprise and made it easy to stock up on supplies.
One minor thing was that the building could be difficult to find at first, as the signage was small. , the self-serve breakfast wasn't quite what we were used to, but there was always someone available to help if needed.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The attention to detail was exceptional, with little touches such as an egg cooker, cakes, and a coffee maker in the room. The staff provided a warm welcome and the property was very clean. The location was excellent, close to all attractions and just a short walk to the Vatican.
No possibility for luggage storage upon late departure.
